These terms apply when you use scrolldecoded.com and when you buy Full Access. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
1. Who we are
ScrollDecoded is run and sold by:
Željko Henezi
Zagreb, Croatia
Email: [email protected]
When these terms say "we" or "us", they mean the seller above. "You" means the person using the site.
2. What ScrollDecoded does
ScrollDecoded is a tool that runs in your browser. It reads the official data-export files you download from TikTok, Instagram and YouTube (Google Takeout) and turns them into lists, charts, scores and shareable cards.
- Free: the features marked "Free" on the Pricing section.
- Full Access: the extra features listed on the Pricing section at the time you buy.
ScrollDecoded never logs in to your accounts and never connects to TikTok, Instagram or YouTube for you. You download your own files from each platform and open them here.
Compatibility: ScrollDecoded works with exports in JSON format from TikTok, Instagram and Google Takeout (YouTube). It needs an up-to-date version of Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Edge with JavaScript turned on.
3. Not affiliated with TikTok, Instagram or YouTube
ScrollDecoded is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by TikTok, Instagram (Meta) or YouTube (Google). TikTok, Instagram and YouTube are trademarks of their owners. We use the names only to say which exports ScrollDecoded can read.
4. Results are estimates
ScrollDecoded can only show what is in your export file, and platforms change what they include and how they format it, often without notice. In particular:
- "Unfollowers" means accounts you follow that do not follow you back in that export. Some of them may never have followed you. To see who stopped following you since an earlier export, compare two snapshots.
- Screen time is an estimate: the number of videos watched multiplied by an average video length.
- Health score, grades and persona come from our own formula. They are not an official rating from any platform, and they do not predict growth or results.
- If a platform drops or renames data in its export, a feature that relies on that data may show less, or stop working, until we update it.
Do not rely on the results for important decisions.
5. Buying Full Access
- Price: USD 9.99, a one-time payment. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal.
- VAT: The price shown includes any VAT that applies. For VAT, Whop, Inc. acts as merchant of record and collects and pays the VAT on your purchase.
- Payment: handled by Whop, Inc. on a checkout page at whop.com. Whop processes the payment and appears on your card statement. Whop's Buyer Terms also apply to the payment. We remain the seller of Full Access and are responsible to you for it.
- Contract: your contract with us is formed when Whop confirms your payment. Whop emails you a receipt.
- Delivery: after payment, Whop returns you to ScrollDecoded and Full Access unlocks in that browser straight away.
- Right of withdrawal: Before you buy, you agree that access starts immediately, and you acknowledge that you then lose the 14-day right of withdrawal. Our Refund Policy explains this, and also explains the refunds we offer anyway.
6. What "lifetime" means
Full Access is a one-time purchase with no time limit. In practice:
- For as long as we offer ScrollDecoded. If we ever plan to close the service, we will announce it on the website at least 60 days in advance. If we close it within 2 years of your purchase, you can ask for a full refund.
- In the browser where you unlocked it. There are no accounts. Your unlock is saved in your browser's local storage on that device.
- Restoring access. If you clear your browser data, change browser or change device, email [email protected] from the email address you used at Whop, or include your Whop receipt. We check your purchase in Whop and send you a restore link, free of charge, usually within 2 working days.
- Updates. We may improve or change features, for example when a platform changes its export format. We will not charge you again for features included in Full Access. If a change we make substantially reduces what you bought, tell us within 30 days of the change. You can then end the contract and receive a refund, as the law provides.
7. Acceptable use
You may use ScrollDecoded for your own personal purposes. A creator analysing their own account counts as personal use.
Please don't:
- analyse someone else's export without their permission;
- use results or share cards to harass, shame or target other people;
- copy, resell or offer ScrollDecoded or its results as a service of your own;
- get around the paywall, or share unlock or restore links;
- interfere with the site, overload it or attack it.
Your exports contain other people's usernames. You are responsible for what you choose to share.
8. Our rights in ScrollDecoded
The site, code, designs and card templates belong to us. Buying Full Access gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use them as described in these terms. It does not transfer ownership. The share cards you create are yours to post.
9. Availability
We work to keep ScrollDecoded available and working, but short interruptions can happen, for example during maintenance or when a hosting provider has a problem. This does not limit your legal rights if Full Access does not work as described.
10. Your legal rights and our liability
Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory rights as a consumer, including your rights under Croatian law and EU law when digital content is not supplied or does not work as described (Directive (EU) 2019/770). Those rights include a repair, a price reduction or a refund.
- We are fully liable for damage we cause intentionally or through gross negligence, and for death or personal injury.
- For other damage caused by slight negligence, and to the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the damage that was typical and foreseeable when you bought, and to no more than the price you paid.
- The free features are offered free of charge. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for slight negligence in connection with them.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, for example when the law or the service changes. The version that applied when you bought Full Access continues to apply to your purchase, unless a change is required by law or only benefits you. The date at the top shows the latest version.
12. Complaints and disputes
- Contact us first: [email protected]. We answer every written complaint within 15 days, as Croatian consumer law requires.
- Out-of-court settlement: if we cannot resolve your complaint, you can turn to an alternative dispute resolution body in Croatia. The official list is at gov.hr. If that happens, we will tell you whether we agree to take part.
- The EU Online Dispute Resolution platform closed on 20 July 2025, so we do not link to it.
13. Governing law
Croatian law governs these terms. If you are a consumer living in another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country, and you can bring a claim in the courts where you live.
